Refund policy

🔹 Return Policy

At Rishabh Infotech, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoices included.
Products showing signs of use, physical damage, or missing components will not be eligible for return.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Opened or used electronic accessories
Software or digital products
Items damaged due to misuse

🔹 Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

You will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.

🔹 Replacement Policy

We offer replacements only in the following cases:

Product received is defective or damaged
Wrong product delivered

👉 Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/video).

🔹 Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

🔹 Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
